Lassen Park is valid for several awards and SOTA activations. If a Summit is being activated the Operator will announce the locations designator during the exchange regularly. SOTAs and the WFF/WVA entity's will be listed on each QSL.
World Flaura and Fauna (KFF-049) and World Volcano Award (WVA-09) credit is given for any qso with N6L during the event.

Cinder Cone and Lassen Peak National Monuments were established by proclamation by President Theodore Roosevelt on May 6, 1907. These became a part of the park when it was established by an Act of the United States Congress on August 9, 1916. Click the photo for more National Park History.
